Low output may caused by: Not enough gas in the cylinder. Change for a new one or refill it. The gas valve is not fully opened. Propane cylinder valve is turned on too quickly which will trigger the excess-flow protection and result in low flow rate. Turn off the cylinder valve and wait for 20 seconds for the excess-flow valve to restore. Then turn the cylinder valve on slowly.
